Pictures: Seattle Sounders beat Minnesota United 3-1

The Seattle Sounders finally won.

Back-t0-back goals in the 23rd and 25th minutes by Gustav Svensson and Will Bruin, respectively, gave the Sounders (1-3-1, 4 points) a 2-0 lead over Minnesota United (2-5-0, 6 points) Sunday afternoon at CenturyLink Field. Cristian Roldan assisted both goals. Minnesota’s Christian Ramirez halved the lead in the 66th minute, but Clint Dempsey assisted a Jordy Delem stoppage-time goal to secure the Sounders’ first win of the season.
