THE BUZZ: Orlando City, fresh off its first victory of the season, is back in Orlando City Stadium to face the winless Portland Timbers. The 1-2-1 Lions should also have their full roster available for selection for the first time this season, with players finally returning from various injuries. … Orlando City’s offense woke up against the Red Bulls to the tune of four goals, two of which were scored by striker Dom Dwyer, who made his first start of the season. Striker Stéfano Pinho, center back Jonathan Spector and midfielder Uri Rosell all returned to full training this week. … The Timbers, despite having the talents of reigning MLS MVP Diego Valeri, target striker Fanendo Adi, and Sebastian Blanco, have scored just four goals through four matches. … The Timbers (0-2-2) haven’t played a home match yet due to ongoing renovations to Providence Park. … Blanco has three of the Timbers four total goals this season. … Portland’s injury report includes Alvas Powell (thigh, questionable), David Guzman (knee, out) and Roy Miller (Achilles, out).
