Orlando City will host the New England Revolution at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the Round of 16 of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
The Lions are coming off a 3-1 win over USL team Memphis 901 FC on Wednesday in the fourth round. Sacha Kljestan scored twice for Orlando City in the win and Robin Jansson capped off the scoring in the 71st minute.
New England defeated New York Red Bulls 3-2 in extra time on Tuesday. Teal Bunbury scored the game-winning goal in the 109th minute to complete the Revolution’s come-from-behind victory. Bunbury tied the game at 2 with five minutes remaining in full time.
Orlando will be looking to advance to the quarterfinals of the U.S. Open Cup for the third time. The team advanced to the quarterfinals in 2015 and 2018, the furthest the Lions have progressed in the tournament.
Season-ticket members will receive priority access when tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday at $10. General public tickets will be on sale for $15.
